Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen green beans 10 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 package)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Special oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon (scallions)
  Chopped pimento 1 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Allow the beans to cool.
Combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar.
2.Mix beans with scallions and pimento.
3.Add the dressing and refrigerate the salad for 4 hours.

SERVING
4.Serve cold on lettuce leaves after mixing with parsley.
