Green Beans Amandine
|Fresh green beans||1 Pound, trimmed|
|Sliced almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Toasted)|
|Unsalted butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Hall-fill a medium-size saucepan with cold water; bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in the beans and simmer, uncovered, for 6 minutes or just until tender. Drain in a colander, transfer to a shallow dish, and toss with the remaining ingredients. Serve with Salmon on the Grill.
