Quick Beans And Beef

Ingredients
  Beef 3⁄4 Pound, ground
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Canned tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chili sauce/Barbecue sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned red kidney beans 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned whole kernel corn 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large frying pan, add oil and fry meat until cooked.
2. Stir in onion and green pepper; cook slowly for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in tomato and seasonings; simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Stir in beans and corn; cook until the ingredients are heated through.
5. Add a little flour to adjust consistency if the mixture too thin and flowing.

SERVING
6. Serve with garlic toast and a green salad.
