Green Beans With Brown Butter
|Green beans||2 Pound, french cut (Approx. 8 Cups)|
|Pepper sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In 1-inch boiling water place beans and cook those for 5-10 minutes until beans are cooked well.
2) Drain the liquid from beans.
3) Heat butter till it melts and then brown lightly.
4) Mix in Sauce.
5) In a serving dish, place the beans and pour over butter, tossing lightly to cover beans well.
6) Serve at once.
