Green String Beans
|Green string beans||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Butter/Bacon fat||2 Tablespoon|
|Crisp bacon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (Optional)|
Wash string beans and cut into 2-inch pieces.
Drain and place in 2-quart Saucepan.
Cover and cook over medium-high heat until valve begins to click (3 to 5 minutes)..
Reduce heat to low and cook until tender â€” 25 to 30 minutes.
