From Scratch Baked Beans

Ingredients
  Great northern dried beans 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Rinse the beans and dry them.
2) In a slow cooker, combine together the beans and water.
3) On low heat, cook for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight.
4) Add all the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook over low heat for another 6 hours.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
