Hot Sunchoke And Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Jerusalem artichokes 345 Gram
  Green beans 345 Gram
  Diced sweet red bell pepper 45 Milliliter (Fine)
  Chopped chives 5 Milliliter
  Chopped chervil 5 Milliliter
  Chopped parsley 5 Milliliter
  Chopped capers 5 Milliliter
  Chopped gherkins 5 Milliliter
  Olive oil 125 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 45 Milliliter
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Skin artichokes and cut them.
2) Rinse and trim the green beans.

MAKING
3) Soften the artichokes by steaming them for 10 minutes.
4) Allow beans to be steamed for 20 minutes.
5) Take a small sauce pan and heat rest of the ingredients in it, being careful not to boil them.
6) In a serving dish, combine together beans and artichokes and pour over the sauce. Else chill in the marinade.

SERVING
7) Serve warm or cold.
