|Green beans||1 Pound, cooked|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Sweet pepper||1⁄2 , seeded and cut in slivers (Red Or Green)|
|Almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), blanched and slivered|
1. In a small (1 quart) microwave proof dish or casserole, combine oil, peppers and almonds.
2. Place dish in microwave and cook for about 5 minutes, until peppers are limp, stirring once.
3. Add to green beans in a serving bowl.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Toss to mix well.
6. Serve the beans warm.
