Quick Chili Beans

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped to make about 1 cup
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced to make about 2 teaspoons
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Canned pinto beans/Kidney /black beans 30 Ounce, drained, rinsed (2 Cans, 15-Ounce Each)
  Canned reduced sodium chicken broth/Chicken broth 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil over moderate low heat for 5 minutes till softened.
2) Stir in cumin and chili powder and cook for 3 minutes.
3) Mix all the remaining ingredients and simmer mixture for 10 minutes.
4) Add salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
