Sauteed Green Beans
|String beans||1 Pound|
|Unsalted butter||2 Tablespoon|
1) In a deep saucepan, boil slightly salted water. Cook the beans for 3 to 4 minutes.
2) Plunge them into ice water to cool. Drain.
3) Heat a pan right before serving and melt butter.
4) Sauté the beans quickly to heat them. Season.
5) Serve hot.
