Hot Bean Trio

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Canned cut wax beans 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Canned kidney beans 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Hard cooked egg 1 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. In 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish, arrange bacon on a metal rack
2. Cover dish with paper towel.
3. Cook on High for 4 minutes.
4. Set bacon aside to crisp.
5. Remove rack.
6. Add sugar, cornstarch, salt, pepper, vinegar and onion to bacon drippings.
7. Cook on High for 4 to 5 minutes until the sauce thicken, stir often.
8. Add beans, mixing well.
9. Cover the dish.
10. Cook on High 4 to 6 minutes; stir once.

SERVING
11. Sprinkle crumbled bacon.
12. Garnish with egg.
