Green Beans Supreme

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Room Temperature)
  Canned green beans 32 Ounce, drained (Two 16 Ounce Cans)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a 4-cup measure, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine on High for 30 seconds.
2. Add flour, onion, salt, lemon peel and pepper; mix well.
3. Cook on High for 1 minute.
4. Stir in water, then sour cream.
5. Mix with green beans.
6. In 2-cup measure, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine on High for 30 seconds.
7. Stir in bread crumbs and cheese.
8. Keep aside.
9. Raise shelf.

FINALISING
10. In a 2-quart casserole, transfer the green bean mixture.
11. Cook on High for 5 minutes.
12. Sprinkle bread-crumb topping over casserole.
13. Heat on High for 1 minute.
14. Brown 4 minutes.

SERVING
15. Serve hot.
