|Canadian bacon||1⁄4 Pound, cubed|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Dry mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coffee||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice/Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato paste||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked white beans||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Small Size)|
1.Preheat the oven to 350F
2.Oil the non stick skillet using a vegetable cooking spray.
3.Stir in bacon and onion.
4.Take a 2 quart baking dish or bean pot, put coffee, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, tomato paste, water,paprika, chili powder, brown sugar and small white beans into it.
5.Also put cooked bacon and onions to it.
6.Mix and bake for 1 hour without covering.
7.Serve the beans warm.
