Ingredients
  Canned red kidney beans 64 Ounce (4 Cans Of 16 Ounce Each)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Provolone cheese 8 Ounce, shredded to make 2 cups
  Chopped hot peppers 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Corn chips/Tortilla chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Drain beans, reserve 2/3 liquid and mash to make a paste.
2) In a saucepan, add mashed beans, reserved liquid, cheese, buttter, garlic, onion, pepper, salt and let it heat.
3) Transfer the mixture to charfing dish and place it over hot water.

SERVING
4) Serve with chips.
