|Canned red kidney beans||64 Ounce (4 Cans Of 16 Ounce Each)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Provolone cheese||8 Ounce, shredded to make 2 cups|
|Chopped hot peppers||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Corn chips/Tortilla chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Drain beans, reserve 2/3 liquid and mash to make a paste.
2) In a saucepan, add mashed beans, reserved liquid, cheese, buttter, garlic, onion, pepper, salt and let it heat.
3) Transfer the mixture to charfing dish and place it over hot water.
4) Serve with chips.
