Bean Bake With Provolone

Ingredients
  Salami 1⁄2 Pound, diced
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Tomatoes 2 Large, peeled and diced
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 14 Cup (224 tbs)
  Canned kidney beans 38 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 19 Ounce Each)
  Provolone cheese slices 8 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Saute salami in a little oil, remove and set aside.
Saute onion and garlic.
Stir in tomatoes, seasonings and vinegar and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the beans and salami and spoon into baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
Top with cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
