Baked Beans Barbecue
|Dried pea beans||1⁄2 Pound|
1. Preheat the oven
2. Place beans in heavy with saucepan; cover with cold water. Let stand overnight.
3. Add hambone to beans; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer until beans are tender.
4. Remove hambone; cut ham from bone in small pieces. Return ham to beans; stir in catsup, molasses and salt. Turn into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
5. Serve hot
