Butter Beans In Sauce
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Tarragon vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Beef flavoring||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked butter beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. On top of a double boiler, gently beat the egg yolks lightly and then add butter, onion, vinegar, salt, pepper, water and beef flavoring. Cook while stirring constantly, for 15 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
2. Pour sauce over hot beans; serve immediately.
3. Serve hot
