Ingredients
  Tomatoes 18 Large, peeled
  Green cabbage 1 Small, chopped
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
  Red pepper 1 , chopped
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 6 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Cover tightly and simmer until vegetables are tender, at least for several hours.
Spoon into hot sterilized jars; seal.
