Ingredients
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Small green beans 1 Can (10 oz) (No. 303)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, blend the vinegar, 1/4 cup cold water, oil, salt, pepper and sugar.
2. Drain beans and arrange layers of beans and onion in baking dish to pour marinade over layers. Cover; chill overnight

SERVING
3. Serve chilled or at room temperature
