Low Salt Spicy Black Bean

Ingredients
  Black beans 1 Pound, dried
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Bay leaves 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Sort and wash the beans and place them in a large Dutch oven;
2. Add water about two inches above the surface of the beans and allow it to boil and cook for a couple of minutes
3. Drain the beans and combine them with chicken broth, and the eight ingredients that follow it in a Dutch oven
4. Bring it to a boil, cover partially and cook for an hour and a half; add in salt and stir
5. Throw the bay leaves and add the beans with the liquid into five heavy duty zip pouches and store in the refrigerator for upto five days

SERVING
6. Serve as appropriate
