Gourmet Kidney Beans
|Onions||3 Small, chopped|
|Green pepper||To Taste, minced|
|Ham||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Tomato paste||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Kidney beans||2 Can (20 oz) (Drained)|
1. Preheat the oven
2. In a small skillet, tip in the onions, green pepper and ham and sauté in oil. Heat the mixture and then add tomato paste and wine. Cook for 5 minutes; add beans.
Pour into casserole; cover with bacon. Bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
3. Serve hot
