Navy Beans With Smoked Sausage

Ingredients
  Navy beans 1 Pound
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Cayenne pepper/1 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce 1
  Dry white wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Cover About 2 Inches)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (To Brown Meat)
  Pickled shoulder/Salt meat 1⁄4 Pound
  Smoked sausages 2 Pound
Directions

Soak beans overnight in wine, water, and seasonings.
Brown meat.
Put beans and water with seasonings in pot, then put smoked sausage and cook until beans are tender.
