1. Preheat the oven
2. In a large skillet, heat the salt pork to render the fat.
3. Sauté the celery, onion and green pepper in pork drippings.
4. Blend in flour and salt; add milk slowly. Cook to a boil, stirring constantly. Add beans; mix well. Turn into casserole. Cover with bread crumbs; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
5. Serve hot
