Country-Style Green Beans
|Bacon||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Frozen green beans||1|
|Onions||2 Small, chopped|
|Red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|New potatoes||1 Pound (peeled)|
1. Wash the bacon and place with hot water in large saucepan and boil for 20 minutes.
2. Add beans, onions, salt, sugar and red pepper and cook covered for 15 minutes.
3. Add potatoes and cook covered for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
4. Serve hot in large vegetable dish.
