Ingredients
  White beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cauliflower pieces 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Broccoli pieces 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped tomato 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Kelp 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 350°.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, boil 3 cups of water to cook the beans for 2 hours until tender.
3) In a large mixing bowl, add the beans and other ingredients to combine thoroughly.
4) Use a deep casserole dish, to place the beans mixture.
5) Cover with a lid and place inside oven to bake for an hour.

SERVING
6) Serve the preparation by adding little lemon juice or lime slices.
