Company Baked Beans

Ingredients
  Navy beans 1 Pound
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt pork/Bacon 1⁄4 Pound, diced
Directions

Soak beans overnight in water to cover.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
Add molasses, brown sugar, salt, mustard, onion and pep- per.
Turn into baking dish; scatter salt pork over top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
