Toasted Cheese Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
  Frozen cut green beans 30 Ounce (Three 10 Ounce Packages)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, grated
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Commercial)
  Swiss cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), buttered
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 400°.

MAKING
2) Use a double boiler to melt butter or place the saucepan with butter over low heat.
3) Sprinkle in flour, salt and onion.
4) Pour in sour cream and add cooked green beans.
5) Use a buttered casserole, to pour the bean mixture.
6) Sprinkle grated cheese and buttered crumbs on top.
7) Place inside oven to bake for 20 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve the casserole with bread rolls or rice.

TIP
Cook the green beans as per the direction for about 10 minutes; little or no water should be left if properly cooked.
