Ingredients
  Dried lima beans 1 Pound
  Hambone 1
  Onion 1
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Bacon dripping 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large kettle, add the beans, hambone, onion and salt, add cold water to cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover kettle. Simmer until beans are tender, adding boiling water as needed.
2. Heat bacon drippings in skillet. Blend in flour; cook, stirring con- stantly, until flour is browned.
3. Remove hambone from kettle. Stir browned flour into beans; bring to a boil, stirring until bean liquid is thickened.

SERVING
4. Serve hot

This sounds good...is it more like a soup? What bread do you serve with it? (cornbread, biscuits, or baked bread?)
