Ingredients
  Onions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Kidney beans 4 Cup (64 tbs) (cooked)
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet basil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven

MAKING
2. In a large skillet, tip in the onion and sauté till cooked.
3. Add beans and then add carrot, parsley, tomatoes, crumbs, eggs, celery, oregano and 1 tablespoon sweet basil. Mix well.
4. Spoon into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Mix tomato sauce and remaining sweet basil. Serve with loaf.

SERVING
5. Serve hot
