Finally a Pinto Bean Pie recipe that your palate will fall in love with! I prefer to make Pinto Bean Pie as a Dessert for all my family get-togethers. Ingredients
  Cooked pinto beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Eggs 4
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Unbaked pastry shell 2 (8 inch)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven

MAKING
2. Place beans in large mixing bowl; mash until smooth.
3. Stir in sugar, flour and margarine; beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and nutmeg; mix well.
4. Spoon bean mixture into pastry shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until browned

SERVING
5. Serve warm topped with whipped cream or dessert topping.
