Baked Lima Beans With Sour Cream
|Dried baby lima beans||1 Pound|
|Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Soak lima beans in water overnight.
The next day, drain off water, cover with fresh water, add 1 t.salt and cook until tender.
Drain again, rinse under hot water and put in medium size casserole.
Dab butter over hot beans.
Mix brown sugar, mustard and remaining salt together and sprinkle over beans.
Stir in the molasses and pour over the sour cream and mix tenderly.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
