Maple Bean Pot
|Canned diced tomatoes||16 Ounce (Undrained, 1 Can, 2 Cups)|
|Low sodium ketchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar free maple syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Log Cabin Or Gary'S)|
|Splenda/Sugar twin||2 Tablespoon (Pourable)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned great northern beans||48 Ounce, rinsed and drained (3 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)|
|Finely chopped onion||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine undrained tomatoes, ketchup, maple syrup, Splenda, and parsley flakes.
Add great northern beans and onion.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
Mix well before serving.
