Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Green beans 1 Pound, trimmed and washed (450 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Vinaigrette 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Anchovy fillets 8
  Thick mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Black olives 8 , pitted
Directions

Drop the beans into salted boiling water.
When the water returns to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain and refresh the beans under cold running water.
Drain the beans well and put in a bowl.
Pour in the vinaigrette and leave for 1 hour.
Arrange the beans neatly in stacks on 4 plates.
Slit the anchovy fillets in half lengthwise and lay them across the beans.
Spoon the mayonnaise in between the anchovies.
Put the olives on top.
Serve chilled.
