Soybean Casserole

  Cooked soybeans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery sticks 2
  Tomatoes 3
  Puree 4 Tablespoon
  Grated carrot 4 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1
  Grated cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste

Mash the soybeans and finely chop the celery.
Mix with grated carrot, onion, herbs and seasonings and place in a greased casserole.
Cover with the sliced tomato and sprinkle with seasonings, grated cheese and breadcrumbs mixed.
Bake in a moderate oven, 350°F.
for 25 minutes.
