Savory Green Bean Salad

|Green beans/2 9-ounce packages frozen cut green beans, cooked and drained by package directions||1 1⁄2 Pound, boiled and drained|
|Red onion||1 Medium, peeled and sliced thin|
|Minced fresh tarragon/1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed|
|Prepared spicy brown mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar/Red wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
Place beans and onion in a large bowl.
Blend together dressing ingredients, pour over beans and onion, and toss to mix.
Cover and let stand at room temperature about 1 hour.
Toss again and serve.
