|Lima beans||10 Ounce|
|Salted boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasonings||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
Lima beans in the pod should be clean and unspotted, with a fresh green colour.
Shell the beans and place in a small amount of boiling salted water.
Cover and boil rapidly for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
Drain, season to taste and add little butter.
Sprinkle with paprika or add little cream if liked
