Broad Beans in Cream
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a pot, add water with salt and boil.
2) Drop the young beans into the boiling water and cook till tender.
3) In a pan, heat butter.
4) Add in a little flour, stirring well, and cook for 3 minutes.
5) Add in a little of the cooking water from the beans.
6) Once the sauce thickens, add in the cream and cook for a few minutes.
7) Add over the hot beans and serve hot.
