Green Peppers With Soy Bean Filling

Ingredients
  Cooked soybeans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Green peppers 5
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Eggless mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Buttered bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut peppers in half diagonally and remove seeds.
Rinse well and parboil for 5-8 minutes.
Place in greased casserole and sprinkle inside with vegetable salt.
Prepare the stuffing.
Mix chopped soybeans with celery, minced pepper, melted butter,' seasonings and mayonnaise, and fill the peppers.
Cover top with buttered crumbs and bake at 375°F.
for 30 minutes.
