Colourful Beans Carrot Saute

Beans Carrot Saute is a very easy and healthy dish for all family members. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Onion 2 , chopped
  Dry red chilly 2
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Grated coconut 5 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Urad dal 2 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (For frying)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Heat oil in kadai, add the mustard seeds, urad dal let them splatter.
2. Add the dry chilly, onion and curry leaves. Saute for 2mins.
3. Add the chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric powder and water to cover the vegetables. Bring it to boil and cover cook for 5 mins.
4. Uncover the lid and saute till the water evaporates.
5. Now add the grated coconut and saute for 2mins.
Beans carrot saute is ready to serve!
