Southwest Beef And Pinto Beans

Ingredients
  Dried pinto beans 1 Pound
  Beef broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt pork 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Beef chuck steak 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Red chili/1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a slow cooker, add dried pinto beans, beef broth, sliced pork and steak.
2.Put red chili, onion, garlic, tomato paste, salt, cumin seeds, chili powder and dried marjoram.
3.Cover the cooker and cook the ingredients for 11-12 hrs. on LOW.
