Green Beans Open Sesame

Ingredients
  Green beans 1 Pound, cut julienne
  Tamari sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 4 Large, sliced
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
Directions

Steam beans until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine tamari, oil and nutmeg in large skillet over low to medium heat.
Add mushrooms and saute until just tender .
Add beans and toss lightly.
Add sesame seeds and toss again.
