Baked Bean Casserole
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced onions||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned beans||56 Ounce (New England Style, 2 Cans Of 28 Ounce Each)|
|Canned deviled ham||4 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Peeled tomatoes||4 , sliced|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
About 1 hour and 15 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 400°F.
In large skillet in hot oil, saute onions until tender.
In large bowl, combine beans, ham, mustard; arrange half in 3-quart casserole.
Place half of onions and tomatoes over beans; sprinkle with half of salt and sugar.
Cover; bake 45 minutes; uncover; bake 10 minutes longer.
