Cheesy Soya Bean Topping
|Skim milk||8 Fluid Ounce (1 Cup, 250 Milliliter)|
|Canned soya beans||12 Ounce, drained (375 Gram)|
|Grated reduced fat cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup, 60 Gram)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Gently heat 3/4 cup / 185 ml/6 fl oz milk in a saucepan, without boiling, for 3-4 minutes.
Combine cornflour with remaining milk and stir into pan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Stir in soya beans, cheddar and parmesan cheeses and nutmeg and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Stir in parsley and black pepper to taste.
