Cheesy Soya Bean Topping

Ingredients
  Skim milk 8 Fluid Ounce (1 Cup, 250 Milliliter)
  Cornflour 2 Tablespoon
  Canned soya beans 12 Ounce, drained (375 Gram)
  Grated reduced fat cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup, 60 Gram)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Gently heat 3/4 cup / 185 ml/6 fl oz milk in a saucepan, without boiling, for 3-4 minutes.
Combine cornflour with remaining milk and stir into pan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Stir in soya beans, cheddar and parmesan cheeses and nutmeg and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Stir in parsley and black pepper to taste.
