|Cucumbers||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and diced|
|Green beans||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1 inch lengths|
|Shelled lima beans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Corn kernel||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut from cob|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seeded green peppers||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Seeded red peppers||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Tiny whole onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cook vegetables separately and then combine after draining.
Add mustard and sugar to vinegar.
Bring mixture to boil.
Add vegetables and bring to boil again.
Spoon mixture into sterilized jars.
Seal and cool.
