Blue Cheese Green Bean Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Small red potatoes 1 Pound (Round Shaped)
  Frozen cut green beans package 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Turkey bacon slices 2 , cooked and crumbled
Directions

Cut each potato into 8 pieces.
Cook potato in boiling water to cover 10 minutes.
Add beans; cook 5 additional minutes or until potato is tender.
Drain well, and place in a large bowl.
Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Pour vinegar mixture over potato mixture; toss lightly.
Top with blue cheese and bacon.
