Blue Cheese Green Bean Potato Salad
|Small red potatoes||1 Pound (Round Shaped)|
|Frozen cut green beans package||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Turkey bacon slices||2 , cooked and crumbled|
Cut each potato into 8 pieces.
Cook potato in boiling water to cover 10 minutes.
Add beans; cook 5 additional minutes or until potato is tender.
Drain well, and place in a large bowl.
Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Pour vinegar mixture over potato mixture; toss lightly.
Top with blue cheese and bacon.
