Cabbage And Green Beans

Ingredients
  Corn oil margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Green cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs), shredded
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Fresh green beans/1 package (10 ounces) frozen green beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked, drained
  Imitation bacon pieces 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

In a skillet over medium heat melt margarine.
Add cabbage, vinegar, onion, sugar, salt and pepper.
Saute for several minutes.
Cover; reduce heat.
Simmer for 15 minutes or until cabbage has cooked down to 1/2 the volume.
Cabbage may be refrigerated until serving time if desired.
Add green beans.
Heat for 5 minutes or to serving temperature.
Into serving dish spoon vegetable mixture.
Garnish with imitation bacon pieces.
