Meat, Potato And String Bean Salad Bowl
|Diced leftover meat loaf/Cakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced cooked potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked string beans||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Leftovers)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|French dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), well seasoned|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water cress||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)|
Combine first 8 ingredients.
Toss lightly with French dressing and mayonnaise, which have been combined and beaten until smooth with an egg beater.
Serve on watercress.
