Meat, Potato And String Bean Salad Bowl

Ingredients
  Diced leftover meat loaf/Cakes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced cooked potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked string beans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Leftovers)
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced radishes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  French dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), well seasoned
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water cress 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients.
Toss lightly with French dressing and mayonnaise, which have been combined and beaten until smooth with an egg beater.
Serve on watercress.
