Baked Beans

Ingredients
  Navy beans 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Bacon slices 4 , cut up
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ketchup 6 Tablespoon
  Half and half 2 , cut up and half cooked
Directions

Place beans and water into large saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer about 50 minutes until beans can be bitten into easily.
Add next 8 ingredients.
Stir to mix.
Transfer to bean pot.
If there isn't room for all the liquid, save it to add as beans cook.
Bake, covered, in 300°F (150°C) oven for 2 1/2 hours.
Spread remaining ketchup over top.
Put half cooked bacon over ketchup.
Continue to bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour or until cooked.
