Refried Black Beans

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped for about 1/2 cup
  Jalapeno chilies 4 , seeded and finely chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), finely chopped
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
  Canned black beans 60 Ounce, undrained (4 cans, 15 ounces each)
  Canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce 2 , chopped
  Ground red chilies 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook and stir onion, jalapeno chilies and garlic in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients; mash beans.
Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 15 minutes.
