Family Style Hot Dogs With Red Beans And Rice

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Red kidney beans 14 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Great northern beans 14 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Beef hot dogs 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
  Uncooked instant rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dark molasses 3 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
HEAT oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion, pepper and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes or until onion is tender.
ADD beans, hot dogs, rice, broth, ketchup, sugar, molasses and mustard to vegetables; stir to combine.
Pour into prepared dish.
COVER tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
Garnish with zucchini, if desired.
